sunday

stolen from M., maestro of the double exposure

These rediscovered photographs from an afternoon nearly two years ago rightly capture an old sense of delight for me. It was my nineteenth birthday, we ate sandwiches, went kite-flying, napped on the grass, and took a two hour bus ride in the height of Friday traffic. I found this expired film rolling around in my drawer and developed it without a recollection of the content.

Goodnight dear ones!

  6. oh gosh, kite flying? i don't even think i did that once this whole year. and being able to do stuff like that is the reason i'm a nanny, damnit! perhaps a less rainy day will hit the Wis one day soon...

  7. This is odd. I've been lurkin around, creepily reading your blog for a while now, and I know this boy, Michael, he was in Ireland and I knew him then. I hope Paris isn't too hard.
