Just minutes ago I read that Les Paul passed away earlier today. Earlier this year I was delighted to read that he was still performing in New York at the Iridium Jazz Club and crossed my fingers that I might one day be able to trek up to Times Square to see him work those magical fingers. Anyhow, the music Les Paul made with his former wife, the darling Mary Ford, has brought me great happiness and I hope that with his passing more people will discover and appreciate this always-wonderful musical duo!

I encourage you to watch a few segments from their television show, The Les Paul Show, on Youtube. They're as wholesome and sweet as peach raspberry pie! I've included "The World is Waiting for the Sunrise" from the show and strongly suggest you watch "I'm Sitting on Top of the World"! My favorite tune by these two is"Just One More Chance" but I had difficulty finding a version to share, so here is another favorite, "Jealous". I hope you enjoy!
